Default Smoke Problem with B18c turbo

Hi, my friend just built a b18c turbo. Yesterday he got it on the dyno to tune it. While reaching about 4,500 - 5,000 rpm ( reached 7psi ) HEAVY smoke was coming out of the exhaust, so the tuner stopped. We thought that the problem was the turbo seals because the smoke was coming out ONLY while boosting. So when he got it back home, we decided to remove the downpipe to see if there was any signs of oil leaks from the turbo, but there wasn't any. The block is sleeved, Cp pistons 10.1, precision turbo 6776 .82A/R. ( I'm not pretty sure about the turbo, I will ask him again what's the model exactly ). The coolant is ok, no signs of anything wrong. Any help what the problem might be guys?

What color is the smoke? Is there any type of catch can setup on the car?

Does it have the PCV system hooked up?

Assuming you have crank case ventilation via catch can, do you know how much the piston rings are gapped or orientation when installed?

We just did a compression test. 3 cylinders are over 13bar, but cyl. no.2 was found 11.7bar. It has the T1 catch can installed, the one with 3 filters on top.

My friend bought this engine already assembled. It used to run low 10's. The only bad thing they did was that it used to run with racing fuel and made about 6 months without working.

I didn't see it because I weren't there when they were setting it on the dyno, but my friend said heavy white smoke. Yes, the T1 with 3 filters on top. Smoke is not coming out from there..

The oil it has is 10w60, and the tuner suggested to use 20w50. Any suggestions?
