Default Small chunk missing from block, is it still okay??

Hey guys I picked up a spare block so I can sleeve and build. After taking off the exhaust manifold I noticed a small chunk missing. The bolt hole itself isn't used from the factory so I have no idea how it broke. It actually looks like it may have been broken from factory. It doesn't go all the way through but what do you guys think? Go ahead and sleeve it??

Here is the same piece on my block that is still in my car.

forget about it, doesnt look too thin there, bolt wont be used. just make sure there isn't a larger crack stemming from it.

nah, looks fine. Like he said just check for any possible cracks that could spread.

yea i wouldnt even grind it smooth, jb weld would prolly stick better to that...just get some heavy duty/heated jb weld and goop it up just to make sure no cracks start/spread, doesnt look too bad though, i was waiting to see into your combustion chamber though, as i already had my flame suit on!
