Check all of your connections on the charge piping and also make sure there aren't any leaks pre-turbo.

There was definitely something causing that turbo to spool slow, just couldn't put my finger on it.

def check for boost leaks. that will result in very slow spool time.

sounds like pre turbo leaks. check to make sure the wastegate is hanging open and that your turbo>manifold gasket isnt leaking. ive had similar problems.

you would be suprised how much a small exhaust leak will affect spool. if its leaking pre-wastegte thats very likely the problem

didnt catch the 2.5 exhaust at first, only thought that was downpipe on maybe stock exhaust.....how much boost are you running on the spring on the wastegate? and how much shows on the boost gauge?

Go over all your couplers and make sure it's clamp down tight. Check couples for any wear on them. It's a boost leak somewhere. Check your manifold too.

pulling the manifold checking for cracks going to put a new gasket on. but i keep checking and double checking starting to think its the turbo will post up later if new exhaust manifold gasket doesn't work.

you need something to pump air a little quicker to find you leak. try to get a air compressor to pump air in faster to help find your leak

With all those leaks you're almost just as well off to start it all over again

Keep on them and that is your problem for sure. You should see full boost on that thing by 5500 or less by the end of it.
