my d16 got a bent rod that chewed up the bottom of the cylinder, so my machine shop guy said he could order a new sleeve and install it for $110. I thought the only sleeves you can get are the expensive *** ones.

 

no, they do make individual factory replacement sleeves, look on darton's website for examples/info.
