At the moment i have a custom 2,5" exhaust only with 1 magnaflow straight flow muffler at the end.
do you think a skunk2 megapower 3" (real 2.9") catback would be a good upgrade? i only want to replace the skunk2 muffler with an other 3" like vibrant or magnaflow. Then i have 2 mufflers (the skunk2 muffler and the rear replace one).

do you think that's good or should i get a custom 3" without so much flanges to get better straight flow?

and also: are there fake skunk2 catbacks? cause i get it at a good price

 

How can we know if it would be an upgrade if we don't know what you have?

If you compare the two exhausts, of course the 3" is an upgrade to the 2.5", but depending on the power goal, it may not be a worthwhile investment.

I dont think Dark Teg meant the exhaust he had, rather the setup.
What is the setup? Power goal?

Over priced. Any 3" would do doesn't have to be fancy skip the cat.

 

Kteller 3" piping with an Apex N1 rear is what I have, paid less than half the price of the Megapower.
