Size turbo manifold??
Schedule 40 1.5" pipe, which is like 1.610" ID.
It's not really ideal for a lot of higher RPM cars, but it works well anyway. I've used schedule 10 on my own manifold which, I beleive, is 1.69" ID. For a 1.8L-2.0L 4-cylinder motor making peak HP around 9k RPM, 1.75" to 1.875" ID would be closer to ideal however. 1.875" - 2" tubing is more ideal.
