I've got a integra rs running probably around 150 hp. I'm working on building a turbo set-up which for the most part would be runnning around 200-220 hp. However on occation I'd like to be able to bump it up to around 300 hp. Could any of you guys give me some advice on what size turbo to get? Any other recomendations would also be great.

any t3/t4 will do prob. just go w/a 50 trim and a.63ar in a E housing

There have been pleanty of threds like yours and just go back and read thorugh them, thats what i did couple years ago and i have put kit together myself. But to help you out get something like t3/t04e 50 trim turbo and that will help your power goals. Also the fuel goodies such as 550cc injectors, fuel pump, uberdata/hondata (dont even think about fmu/afc crap). And i'm sure you know rest of the stuff you need such as manifold , dp, ic, bov and all the fun sutff.
