Civic Si turbo with boost 18 psi, MSD, street slick tyers, JE pistons comp. 8.5:1, 3" intercooler, Clutch Master stage 5, AEM crank pully.

perlude h22a, racing cam shafts with NOS.

no, the prelude will win because you don't have what you listed...
pkus 18psi with no fuel mods or fuel controller? Now that is stupid...we once did this a while back to see how long a D-series would last and it only lasted 2 days

no i was half ****** with ya. Its my opinion that Xing the stock crank pulley is not a good thing because of the harmonic dampener. Some people agree, some dont.
but ya, if the civic can keep the power to the ground, it will win by 4th gear...

it depends if the Si has the Sir badging or not. If it does it will win for shure. Unless the prelude has the dreaded type-r insignia then all is lost.
