Default Should I replace the crank bearings?

OK I sent m y car to the shop to get some JE pistons and eagle rods to be installed. Im also changing the ehad gasket and the rod bearings but when we looked at the 3 crank bearings that u can see with out taking the block out they were chipped and worn so should i just replace all of them while im at it. And how much do u think they should charge me for this.

Taking out the engine
dropping in pistons and rods
replacing rod and crank bearings
new headgasket
they supplyed everything but pistons and rods

replace all the bearings, seals, and lower end gaskets. Do it right the first time so there is no second time. Oh, and make sure you use plastigauge
