Default Should every gear spool at the same time?

It seems my 3rd and 4th gear spool a lot faster than my 2nd gear. About 500rpms faster.

no, it will spool up faster in higher gears because there is more load on the engine.

Right on...

I always do my "spool-up" tests in 5th gear from about 1500RPM.

Usually I do my spool up test in 3rd gear, at around 2,000rpm I floor it and usually get full boost (5.8psi) at 4,000rpm.
