I just got my RB25DET in my 240 and I LOVE IT!! It's soo much nicer then my old turbo civic. The sound is orgasmic. You don't feel and vibrations at all. The car just pulls like crazy! The best part is everything is stock. Stock turbo, stock boost, stock SMIC. The only mods are intake and 3" turboback exhaust. Can't wait to turn up the boost.

I love what those stock sr20de's can do. My friend spools a t3/04e 60 trim .63 a/r by like 3k so that might be little small who knows we will see. As for power you will be making it....what are you going to do for management? emange? As well u should hit that car up with mexican b13 front end.

That looks like a nice set-up.. I can't wait until the end of the year when I turbo mine.. I love the car, with just a header/intake/exhaust it pulls like crazy down low.. Sometimes I think it is more fun to drive then the turbo civic.. it always goes as soon as the gas is pressed.. I'd definitely like to see the updates with this project.

EDITops, didnt mean to post and bring this up again. Sorry, noob mistake

But I really like your b13. What turbo are you running? Stock? A Garret GT3037 would work real well in making that 350. What are you doing for engine internals to make this possible? Keep us updated becuase I'd like to hear more about it, I plan on going GTI-R this summer.

they may take a little while, but their ecus work very well. i had one on my old car....plug it in, adjust the timing at the dizzy, set the fuel pressure, and just drive the car...no tuning at all.

the paint is simlar somewht to a RSX desert silver metallic, i kind just took a bunch of left over paint and threw it in a 2 gallon drum. the outside is not painted yet, i just removed the sunroof, put some aluminum there, i got whts left of the interior that i actaully plan on keepin, gauge cluster, dash, and 2 seats, thats it, no ac no heater no radio consol no nothin stripped the hell out. i planned on going JWT but i picked up a Z32 maf for free at our bodyshop * totalled 300Z* and i really didnt feel like waiting 3 months for the ecu. im gonna run the emanage and im hopin its gonna be good enough to handle 350 WHp i wanna throw at it. i here the stock SR20 block is good for 400 HP good enough for me. however the tranny is ****. im praitcing aluminum welding so hopfully i can weld my own transfer case. i was gonna send the tranny out to JGY customs but theres a 3 -6 week wait just to get it workd on. might have it done locally, foudn a place to cryo the gears and case for 150$ however no shotpeending =T and the turbo is a t3/t4 .57trim .63 A/R garrett, i wish i could afford a GT turbo, i dunno, im one of those people that like to stretch out my dollars and get decent good quality parts instead of jut one part thats crazy expensive. after cleanin my integra i've through of turboing it again, kind of grwe a love for it again cuz i got sick of it for a while, but if igure the sentra should satisfymy need for boost. with no problems. who knows. maybe ill turbo my 01 integra LS auto for fun, no intercoler just a cheap lowbudget set up.

Looks like everything is coming together really well. Nice work on the manifold, i wish i could do something like that. I hope i can get my SE-R running soon, everything is done im just waiting for my ECU. I like your choice in turbo, mine has the exact same specs.

since your not running AC, you can mount the FMIC on the ledge where the condenser used to be. basically you remove the hood latch support and the bumper support. weld some 3 tabs on the core, 2 on the bottom and one on the top for the hood latch, and the FMIC becomes the hood latch support.

a 20*11*3 fits nicely this way

MY intercooler isnt near the size of Javier's so i was able to keep the bumper support. I didnt even have to cut it at all.

It is mounted on the lower radiator support and jsut rests against the bottom of the bumper support
