Is my setup going to be safe to run 14 lbs?

GSR block and head never decked or planed. Running stock valves and planing on puting a cometic head gasket on. Now the problem might be I have pr3 pistons and dont want to swap the pistons out again so can I get away with a 3 ml head gasket and run 14 lbs.

 

think in terms of hp not psi. with pr3's you're at about 11:1. while not impossible to boost on, you have less room for error when tuning.

 

is that 11.1 with the thicker gasket or without the gasket.
