SC or Turbo for stock automatic
I have researched this forum on a specific question about performance and was not able to find the information needed. I have a 2000 Accord LX w/ auto and was wondering if having either a turbo or Supercharger put on for performance better or worse?! I understand SC is good up to 4K then tops out at high RPM. With turbo you get higher HP and Torque at higher speeds than SC's. But, does it matter because I have an automatic?! I also read that internals would not need to be replaced for SC's, but not sure if same for turbo's scenario. I want performance for daily cruising and eventually track racing in the far future.
What link can anyone provide me for more information on my situation? Thank You!

honda automatics aren`t that strong for either. I would go with a 5-speed swap. Especially if you want to take it to the track
I had a friend who was to bring in a book on engie swaps for honda accords that the mechanics use. Does anyone know what that book is, because it would be hard for me to do a swap when the info is online and my vehicle is out in the drive way. Is there a web site that selss manual transmissions for accords?!
