I use a sandwich. I haven't had any problems with it.

Both.

I'm using two sandwich plates and have T'ed the oil sending unit hole as well.

Golden Eagle Sandwich Plate:
- -8AN feed line for the head
- -3AN feed line for the turbo

Second Oil Sandwhich Plate:
- 10AN lines (supply & return) going to the Earls oil cooler

Stock Hole:
- Stock Sensor
- -3AN line going to the oil pressure gauge
