Yep, after long wait and too much money the Sol didn't even make 600 miles before it went Kabooom sideways on the motorway ..

I have managed to save the most expensive parts of the car including the engine, ECU & whole 3" down pipe and exhaust. These all cost more than the car it self. Think next I will get civic hatch EG6 and drop the engine into it. I someone how belive I will get better traction also on the civic rather than the Sol.
1 drive shaft completely broken, another got signs of wear around the edges which makes it useless. The Garret 57 trim trubo has only 500 miles on it but the shafts seems to have seized from the impact and don't spin, might be repairable but I will consider something smaller this time. Something that can spool within the 3K RPM range instead of late 4.5K RPM. Also might switch to ram horn manifold this time even though all this mean re-working the down piple and more cut and weld to fit the new setup.

Putting the engine and gear box into my DD D-series civic, the damn thing so heavy the car went all way down.
