I upgraded to the 44mm WG and full race mani

Here it is after i just got done blasting it

Im currently Comptech Supercharged and aftercooled(FS BTW), running 305HP @6psi.
But I want more power and more torque at a lower rpm. So this is what I have in store.

Im shooting for 400WHP

Garrett GT3076R Dual BB

Tial 38MM WG

PFab Mani

2.5 Stainless IC Piping

Precision 600 Intercooler

RC 660 injectors

HKS SSQV BOV

Only thing left is oil feed and AEM EMS

yeah i was thinking of boosting mine with a novi2000 i saw for sale locally, but F it, im goin gt3076r also.....woohhoo cant wait for summer!

Just be careful of the heat, make sure to either move the battery and fuse box, OR make sure you mani/hot side/ downpipe are coated AND you have proper heat sheilding.....a ton of turbo peeps on s2ki have seen melted fuse boxes, melted batteries etc....and that stuff sucks!@!

btw good choice of parts/turbo....my setup is most likely going to be very similar and my power goals are just slightly higher (450+whp)

Looks good, those 660's are rated to max out around ~425hp. You may be getting to their max. Im running 780cc's on my 400hp setup.

Odd on those injectors because there are tons of s2000 on s2ki.com with 650s running over 450.

I dont think I have to worry about heat, I provide exhaust coatings at my shop and......

for only 400whp, I would use the GT2871r, T3 .82 a/r. Much better spool time and better matched wheels. It'll max out around 450whp.

yea that turbo does seem big for only 400whp. It will make closer to 500-550whp.

Exactly, the s2k guys are getting full spool by 4000 rpms, which leaves me 5000 more to play with, plus i have 4.57 gears

with 100 psi fuel pressure??

Do yourself a favor, get bigger injector. Why run a big turbo so you can make more power later and not do the same with your injectors??? The price is pretty much the same for 650 or 880.

Log manifolds suck on S2000's. The good flowing head and decent size cams hate a log manifold. With the log you'll end up having to put vtec up around 6500, where with a good tubular manifold you'll end up with vtec around 4000, which should tell you how much difference in flow there is between the two manifolds.

Does Full Race offer their manifold not as part of the kit? I know neukin said he was going to produce one a few months ago...is that out yet? I'm trying to gather options for when I do my setup, besides lovefab. . .

i dont want a resistor type, whats the biggest i can go without that.

Im not changing this setup, i have less than 1500 into the whole kit and it will blow this supercharger out of the water.

Now I didnt post this so you guys could destroy, I know you are entitled to you opinion though.

It's cool, i'm sure when you learn a little bit about how exhaust works and how exhaust backpressure contributes to detonation, you'll see things a little differently...

yeah great thanx, i have plenty of exhaust knowledge. I just dont feel like spending 800 plus on a manifold

With VTEC at 4k instead of 6500 it will make more power sooner and more tq. . .

All for a few hundred more. . . .It's probally worth it

Have you tuned many s2k's? Have you tuned then with both a log manifold and a tubular manifold? I guarantee you a good manifold will make a hell of a lot more power than that fancy turbo you spent your money on. A $600 57 trim on a good manifold would blow that setup out of the water...

lol. gtfo

build me a resonably priced tubular manifold that doesnt require relocation of the oil filter and maybe, just maybe Id be interested.

Until then, Im sure my goals will be met just fine.

same mani i have

what does that have to do with anything?

My bad, i didn't realize the manifold you're using is the same one that's in a magazine. I thought it was just a crappy design log manifold. Sorry.
