Default Rusty flange

Im looking at this one flange for my HKS BOV. Its steel, and has been used.

It looks a little rusty, but is that really a problem? could i just steelwool it back to stock appearance? what about welding it, will the fact that its used make it harder (more expensive) to get put onto my charge pipe? thanks fellas,

merry festivus!

It doesn't matter if it has rust on it. You'll be fine. If you want to polish it up with some steel wool for better appearance that would be fine.
