Default It runs! sort of....

Well, the **** finally started after jacking with the Haltech for 3 hours. It won't idle, and is out of time, but it runs if I hold the throttle. Oddly enough, if I disable the injectors and just crank it, the timing is dead on, but once it builds some RPMS, the timing goes awry, wtf is up with that? Anyone ever put an E6K on a Honda? The manual leaves a lot to be desired and looks like it was written by a 5 year old in wordperfect 5. Anyway, that is my rant. But seriously, if you can/have put a Haltech on a Honda using the stock internal reluctor distributor and using the 16tooth wheel as trigger and single tooth as home, hit me up on AIM, ICQ, email, something.
later,
Jared

Hmmm... Where have I heard that before?

Check the polarity on the trigger wires.

Good luck.

Once you get the trigger down right, everything else is just cake. It's actually one of the most fun things I've played with on the car. One change and you get an instant reaction. You also learn a hell of alot about how everything works.
