Default Running super rich...?

Ok, I finally got my motor and turbo back in the new car and started it up. The car is running SUPER rich in the lower RPM's 4K and less and is really killing me. Once the car hits VTEC it seems to burn off all the extra fuel because it freakin flies. My question is why is it running rich? I have no CEL's and everything seems to be running fine. It sounds like there may be a miss fire in one of the cylinders too because it sounds like I have a super aggressive cam.
NOTE: I hooked up my Walbro 255 fuel pump to a switch and it is getting 14amps when the car is running due to alternator instead of the normal 12 after the fusebox. Could this be a good reason why its running rich?
-I also have an AEM FPR which should be keeping the right fuel pressure even though the walbro is getting more amps... I would think at least. Let me know if Im wrong about this.

Any help would be great! Thanks guys!!

Usually when you first put a turbo on, the car will run rich. Running rich will usually never pop a CEL.

What injectors are you running, and what turbo are you running? Is it new?

Also, you also have to remember that you are not tuned. The air/fuel is probably way off. Is the smoke black for sure?

What motor is this on?

I wouldn't run it less then 10 afr for to long. It will drive like **** and coat the back of your car black. Also the extra fuel will wash some oil away and start to put some wear on your rings.

Ok I should of specified this in the first post. I AM TUNED. Im Neptuned for 18psi. I didn't do anything to this motor when it was pulled. I yanked it and put in on an engine stand. and now its in the new car. Only thing I really changed was installed a GE Vacuum block and installed a fuel pump switch......
Any help?
