rsx turbo problems, help
put the cybernations stage one turbo kit on my buddies rsx type s this past week.
The car burns so much oil, it just smokes out the back, did a compression test and its all good, could it be the seals on the turbo, I'm stumped.
I have no idea what the cybernations black magic box does, I can't get a hold of them for the past 2 weeks, this kind of blows.

If your compression is okay than it's most likely your turbo that's spitting oil...
Check your oil return, if the bung is welded in the wrong spot the oil will not drain properly and will stay in the turbo (very bad)...

Yup, that's the problem.

Maybe you can't get ahold of them because a bunch of RSX guys posse'd up and lynched them?
Anyway, the Cybernation black box is a fuckbag hack of the MAP sensor, with an AFC added into the works to confuse things and make everything look and work stupid. It's just a glorified AFC hack, with all the usual AFC hack ignition advance problems.

the oil return was bad before, he drove it for about 100miles, then I looked at it and fixed it, will the charge pipes will have oil on them if the seals on the turbo are blown?

Yes.
However, if the oil drain issue has been resolved then it may just be residual oil incurred during the period the oil return was not draining properly, it doesn't necessarily indicate the seals are bad. The car may also still smoke for a bit while the oil trapped in the turbine housing burns out. Remove and clean out the intake pipes. If the oil drain is proper and oil continues to find its way into the charge pipes and exhaust housing, then it's time to rebuild the turbo.
