Default RPS Header

Most of you know me and RPS, but don't relize it. My name if Rob Smith and I started RPS in 1989. I brought Dirk into the Import scene and helped him get ACT going. My engine is in the cover of the Honda Builders Handbook volume 1 and I helped my friend Joe Petitt write some of the sections. That's me with the mullet and glasses on the cover of volume 2. (I since have lost the mullet and glasses.)

The reason I am reintroducing myself to you is I have spent the last 6 years conducting a massive research and development program for our Sport , Max and Carbon Carbon clutch products, as well as our patent pending Billet Flywheel technology. I have mot advertised in the last 6 years, so even thou I have been a player in this market since 1989, anyone under 22 years old was not even driving the time I ran an ad.

Just to let you know, we have been selling the header you see on the cover of the book for years to selective racers. This header is available for both race gas and alcohol applications.

My sales staff and I are going to become much more active on this board so please feel free to check out our webpage at turboclutch.com and ask us any questions you might have.

I drove a car with an RPS clutch, have a friend that use to have an RPS clutch and have one friend getting ready to use an RPS clutch. I loved the RPS clutch in the transmission of the car I drove. He was making a good amount of power and the pedal pressure wasn't bad at all.

Hey Rob, glad to see you on board. I'm the one you sold the prototype Carbon/Carbon clutch to a few months back through Viren and VS motorsports. I can't wait to try it out, things are FINALLY coming together for my car. I've had nothing but GREAT luck with your products in the past and I look forward to seeing more from you.

good to have you on board

The 8.5" Billet Twin Disc CC lists for $3495.00 and these clutches can be rebuilt for life for $500.00 per rebuild. We also offer a Racer program for the various classes that make the product more affordable.

John, your's is a Single Disc CC we are testing to see what it can hold. We know the Twin Disc is expensive, so we are trying to find out how much a Single will hold so we can offer them it also. Please keep me informed.

Hey Nick, send it back and I'll repair and re-enforce it for $50.00.

I finally got the exhaust housing I needed, so some heavy fab can be done once our welder is repaired
