RODS decision

im doin a gsr sleeved block build..im trying to push in to the 700 hp range what are good some rods i should use?? ESP H beam rods or manley H beam rods

Both of your options are not ideal for that hp. Like stated about I would look into some Manley I beams or the Pauter X beams are great as well.
