Re: revhard or victor X???
We are talking about intake manifolds im assuming? For one the guy above knows little about the victor x or perhaps anything at all... the victor x has been proven time and time again im not saying its the best but it is for its price also if your wonderibg i dont own one but i have tuned a few cars that use one. As for the rev hard unit i honestly didnt know they made an intake manifold lol but their old cast exhaust manifolds used to kick ***.

Re: revhard or victor X???
Ive had 2 victor X intake manifolds and can't complain about them at all. They lose some power down low but make up for it in the top end. I also ran a revhard log manifold on my old crx and didn't have 1 issue with it.

Intake or exhaust manifold? I didn't know revhard made an intake manifold. Their cast manifolds are alright I ran one on ten psi never cracked but it was nothing compared to my full race tubular manifold but that's apples to oranges.

I would say Skunk2 or Victor X. Currently have Skunk2 on my car with great results but I am looking for top end range so I went with Victor X. Cant really go wrong with either.

Re: revhard or victor X???
I remember seeing threads with problems from the revhard's craftsmanship, but majority of owners were happy with them. The manifold is universal for b16/gsr heads though, that is a nice selling point. I heard it performed similar to the Victor X, it was just cheaper to buy.
If you are getting them both for the same price I would get the Victor X, just because it is a proven manifold and has been used consistently for almost 10 years now.

Re: revhard or victor X???
the vic x is a waste of money?
really?
ok why are the vast majority if not everyone running one, making decent if not great power for what it is?
it may not be the best, but you cannot argue the fact that it is a proven manifold that works.
made 740whp on mine (vic x). t3t67ho.

Which ever manifold you can get cheaper. We made 740hp on both the victor x and the revhard. Mind you, this is on the same motor/turbo kit/psi.

Re: revhard or victor X???
Who cares how much power you made on either manifold. The only worth while info you can give on the subject matter is testing either one of those manifolds against a stock manifold.
I personally dont like either one because of the rough casting. It disruppts air flow. Look up Magnus intake manifolds. Those are the only manifolds ive seen that have made a significant power difference. It is a fully pollished manifold, inside and out. From what ive seen and what ive been told by my tuner, the victor X, skunk2, and revhard manifolds dont make a big enough difference to spend money on. Its a last resort for power increase if your gonna buy one of those...

Re: revhard or victor X???
if you run a stock intake manifold vs a victorx or revhard intake manifold there are significant gains period. yes magnus is better of course but what your saying is just plain retarded. some of the fastest cars ran victors for years only now are they going to magnus and hogan intake manifolds so........
To the op both the victor x and revhard are same manifold and will perform the same
