Default results?

Would changing the cam shaft, cam gears, valve springs and retainers give any positive results in a supercharged car?thanks

Whenever you can move air more efficiently into and out of a cylinder, you'll pick up power. I cant say if it'd be enough of a gain to justify the money spent, but you will pick up power from new cams. The valvetrain may not be as important unless you're planning to rev higher or have a cam that is aggressive enough to need it...
