Default Reputable?

I was looking at buying one of these turbo's next year when my setup is completed. The price seems nice, but are they a reputable company? Genuine stuff?

Haha. Well, alright then. If you say he's ok, then it must be fine.

BTW: Regular or watercooled? Watercooled has a coolant nipple on it in addition to an oil feed, while the regular just has an oil feed, correct?
