Default Reliability of my turbo setup

Ok guys, I have a 2001 honda accord with the stock F23a4 in it. This motor has a low compression of 9.8:1 already. I want to know if the stock injectors will be OK to handle 5-6psi on 92 or 93 octane fuel. I am going to use the Greddy Emanage system with the injector and spark harness ( I will tune on a dyno with a wide band O2). My turbo is a garrett T25 and it runs through a spearco FMIC.

stock injector won't work unless u are using a fmu

and 9.8 is not really low compression

can't i just tell my injectors to stay open longer instead of using an FMU? I hear that they really screw with the reliability of the AFR. and i know that 9.8:1 isn't really that low of compression, but then you also have to look at most other honda motors that are in the 10:1-11:1 range too. The way I figure it I know someone that is running 8psi from the same turbo on her integra without any kind of fuel management and her computer without any kind of help is almost able to keep up with running a decent (not perfect) AFR
