regrinds and turbo question

regrinds and turbo question
i have a third gen that i plan on putting the ludespeed turbo on at some point, after i build up the motor. i was wondering if it would make any difference if i had my cams reground before i put on the turbo, or would the turbo pretty much cancel out the regrinds? any ideas on this? thanks in advance.
