Default Recommend Scavenger Pump?

Hey guys this is the Best Oil Return I could come up with on my setup...

The Exhaust Side of the Turbo was full of Oil and, the Downpipe was Soaked in Oil as well.
Strangely the Runners on the Manifold had Oil in them as well... Is it possible that a bad return could cause that? Or does it sound like I also have an Engine Problem as well. The setup has maybe 2hrs of run time on it...

Also can someone recommend a Good Scavenge Pump! Thanks everyone...

This is the pump I am using http://turbowerx.com/Scavenge_Pumps/...odel_Pump.html

It is VERY good and you can rely on it. I had the same issue as you man so trust me, I know how fustrating it is. I spent litrally hours messing with my oil return line and couldn't get it 100%.

P.s. Just noticed - you want a 45 degree angle coming off the turbo. Before you go down the scavenger pump road, make sure you can't gravity drain the oil return. Look into "barb fitting "... Only resort to a scavenger pump if you really have to...

Let me know if/when you do decide to get a scavenge pump. I have a brand new one in-box waiting to be shipped.

I'm pretty sure it's the only way, unfortunatly.
I will try a Barb, however, i'm sure the Angle just isn't gonna be there, with how low the Turbo sits That picture honestly makes it look better then it really is.

Is it possible my awful Return Line could cause the Oil to get up near the Head(upper Runner in the Manifold)?

I would definitely try a 45 directly off the turbo before using a scavenge pump. Give it a try if you have oiling issues install the pump.

Turbowerx is the company to go with. Excellent customer service, they emailed me back immediately when i had a question. I run the Turbowerx Exapump on my NSX with no issues. These pumps have had excellent reviews on many cars, haven't seen a bad review yet. Which is the exact opposite of every single other pump on the market all I read about is failures, even on the Tilton ones.

I've only had one tilton lock up on me. But I got two at such a good price I'm going to toss a nee head on it and be done with it. The nice thing about the tilton is that it is refillable

Yea, i'll definatly give it a try next year. One day it's running, after 5years of buying parts and 7months of putting it all together. 2 Days later the Motor is sitting in my Bedroom

I don't feel good about the Oil around the Head in Exhaust Port#3. Think I may have other issues also. I don't see how a bad Return Line could cause Oil up that high

I think everyone missed that part. If you have oil in your manifold then you have other problems. A oil return problem coudl cause oil to get into downpipe past seals....its not going to make the motor start leaking oil past the exhasut valves into the manifold. Did you change you valve seals? Compression test done? leakdown ect....I would look into doing that first to narrow down your problem
