do not ever buy from them. John is a decent guy, but he never answers his phone, e-mail or IM's. Took me 6 months to get a manifold, and he sent me the wrong one. once i got the right one, it didn't fit like he said it would. He never sent me the waste gate block off plate. Not to mention, the manifold i recieved first wasn't finished, i had to finish a couple welds.

I was gonna order one from them, but all these horror stories..... DO NOT BUY FROM HIM UNLESS YOU WANNA TURBOCHARGE YOUR CAR NEXT YEAR. Cuz it won't be ready by summer.

Damn....i guess you guys have to go to his shop to get quick work done huh?
And his cell phone didnt work in his old shop, no serivice.
He has put in all of my mods and has done them timely and for almost nothing. I know he has just moved his shop and business was slowed alot due to that. I was actually going to go up there pretty soon to have him do a few other mods on my car. I know he just got some better equipment and workers to work on other stuff while he makes the manifolds also. Hopefully you guys will get your stuff soon now that he is running smooth again. Good luck

I purchase my manifold from him in the GB. i recieved my mani back in December. The quality of the mani and welds were very good. I have been boosted for a month and no issues with th manifold. The head flange is very thick. I posted some pics a while back. With the manifold and the deltagate wastegate(until I can get the Tial), I dont have much boost creep. This is just my experience. I know some had a bad experince with there orders.

I'm a part of the original GB also and while I haven't rec'd mine yet, he has kept me up to date on what's going on. The only thing I would say is, if it's your last piece then maybe contact him and get a time estimate. If you're patient then go ahead and place an order. I've seen pics from other cars and his work looks good.

Only reason he is not on my sellers list is cause i don't have merchandise yet. But once i get it, i'm sure he'll be up there. His customer service to date has been very good with me

Dropshop's situation is a big fat **** in the *** for everyone involved - him, his customers, and the Honda community. He's a small businessman doing the best that he can. Sometimes being the little guy sucks pretty hard, you know?

I'd say not to discount Dropshop as a good business, but if you want timely service anytime, you need to let him dig himself out of the hole he is currently in first.

Funny I just dropped my car off with him yesterday at 11:00 and by 6:00 he had pics up on the site showing me the progress and letting me know of a small problem. I found him to be really accomodating. I had to wait a month for an appointment, but I can understand that. I haven't ordered anything custom from him, so I can't comment on that, but so far I give a big
