Default Rebuilding

I've got a 1992 Civic H/B with a 16 valve D15B7 motor. I'm in the process of pulling the motor completely out of the car. I have plans to turbocharge it and hoping to achieve a modest 240-250HP. What I am trying to find out is exactly what I should do and replace in order to rebuild the bottom end to practically new and that will be capable of withstanding that power as well as increases in boost and HP when at the track. Any suggestions or links or lists you guys could give me would be much appreciated. I'm not trying to spend a fortunae which is why I am loking to use this motor but I am also looking to do this the right way, by the book so to speak.
