Rear mounted Turbo!
I finally got the rest of my parts so I can install this sweet kit on my B16 CRX. I think I'm going to make a weekend out of it . Here is a pic of it already installed on an ITR. I'm hoping to put out some serious numbers!

Re: Rear mounted Turbo! (Boost Addict)
well one thing i think thats cool about the idea is that. when a cop pops your hood itll look pretty much stock . but performance wise it blows.

lol.. is that after he notices you have no muffler????
not my cup of tea.. but neat to see someone try it. I would buy a few rolls of header wrap to keep those gasses hot?
i want my friend to do this with his camaro.. :D lol

What a joke. Drove a camaro like this, spooled the turbo 1500 RPM's slower than a front mounted setup did for that same turbo. It's a waste of money, especially when there are 300 dollar turbo manifolds out for your car

Not to mention the shitty scavenge pump that STS sends you that you're going to be replacing within 6 months. And the nonexistant intercooler you get with the kit

Theres so much room in the engine bay..No need for that..
Also remember going over a speed bump and hitting the muffler with the low *** hondas..It didnt matter then..But go over the speed bump and hit the turbo and you're fuked..
