Default re-tune after msd cap and coil?

will i need to re-tune my hondata if just adding an msd modified cap and blaster coil? running turbo,thanks.

it would be a good idea to get a basewith WBO2.

my buddie used to operate a dyno all day and he'd test stupid lil things like these just to see the effcts. he said he noticed a .2-.5 AFR difference between stock and aftermarket MSD system installed on the same car.
