Default radiator in the way

I have a 94 integra and I just put my manifold with turbo on and I was told it would be good with a full radiator and it was way to tight...I had a half size and put that on but still the turbo itself is rubbin right against it..I can post pics tonight or tommarow so you guys can tell me what you think

Mine fit just fine, 94 GSR, Drag mani with a 57 trim, full sized radiator with a slim fan and still had 2" of room between the rad/fan and the compressor housing.

lol, yeah almost every turbo setup is going to require a slim fan.

The inlet is up against the fan. re clocking the turbo wouldnt fix the issue.

Slim-line fan.

The lower half of your core support looks bent in towards the passenger side. You get in an accident? Could also just be the angle of the picture.

I think that "little" accident moved the Rad support about 1"-2". Prob the main reason why it's not fitting.

I would much rather use the full length radiator and put 2 pusher fans on than use that half style with a slim fan. Not to say it wont work but your car will stay cooler with full length and two fans.

get a pair of slim fans and reuse your stock radiator ..

if you can use it .i'd use a stock full-core over halfcore anyday

if you dont have the funds to buy a new fan, simply cut the stock fan and shave the shroud to fit so it can rotate without hitting the turbo

i ordered a slim fan already...so ur saying one slim fan wont be good enough? or my best bet would be to simply use the slim fan and do like you said and cut the stock fan so i can use both...if i cant re-use the stock fan would i def have to buy 2 slim fans?

I cut the fan in my old hatch back in the day, 1/2 core del sol radiator and cut shround and fan blades... and it didnt keep the car cool of course lol.

Chances are he might have to cut the blades as well. My car looked very similar. At that point not a good idea.
