I'm changing my radiator cap to higher pressure, what kind of pressure should i use on a drag3 gs-r with fluidyne radiator? Do i need to change the thermostate too?

use factory honda thermostat but drill some small holes around it. second thing you need is approx 25psi stant radiator cap will work fine.

 

Is 25psi around 1.7kg/cm2? Do you know what company makes one like that? most caps i seen are around 1.35kg/cm2 and the euro R cap is 1.38kg/cm2, will 1.7 be better or just go with the R cap?

 

just go to performance store and get a STANT high peroforance radiator cap. Should cost you no more that 15 bucks. any v8 store has it.

Sorry I have 1 last question, if i put too much holes on the bumper and cool down the radiator too much, will that cause problem to the radiator or engine?

Why not call up fluidyne and hear what they advise? they might know a little better thatn we do.
