Default Quick and Silly Headgasket Question

Well, under the assumption that all B-series VTEC headgaskets were the same I went to the local Honda dealer and grabbed a 99-00 B16A headgasket. I was looking up some info for a friend with the C-SpeedRacing.com compression ratio/displacement calculator and lo and behold... the B16 gasket is said to be .020" thick and the GSR gasket is .030". Now, it's a minor difference that according to the calc would only be like 0.2:1 cr difference but I'm also worried about how much it would affect the cam timing and whether or not it'd be wiser to run a thicker gasket for safety anyway. The motor is a darton sleeved 9:1 81mm gsr. Bottom line... should I just use the B16 gasket since I already bought it or should I get a GSR gasket?
