Default Quick charge pipe and vacuum question

I told myself that i wasnt going to post any questions....instead i was going to read, read and read again until i find my answer but what the hell here it is.

On my charge pipe since im not using my intake pipe it doesn't have any outlets for any hoses . I know I could use a breather baby filter for the valve cover port but what about the other hose that comes from the TB? Where can i "T" it off so that its not idlin like crazy?
