since ive turbod my car. ive been running my stock injectors with fmu and missing link ( NOT cool i know). ive been looking into getting some dsm 450cc with wiring harness and resistor box. will i need to chip the ecu right away or can i just run the injectors without chipping?

 

it would be best to chip the ecu and get rid of your fmu and missing link. ps. i have resistor box and clips fs

 

so it would be ok to run without the chip ecu?

 

running bigger injectors without a tune will make you run rich

 

i just got done turboing my crx, and to run dsm 450 injectors your gonna wanna get a chip, cuz i just threw mine in and the car ran like ****, so your best bet is to have some1 make u a base map chip to run 450 injectors and 4 the map sensor, get rid of that fmu, and then dyno time.

 

You could run an v-afc to crank them down at idle so it would run, but there's no way it will run well at all w/o any bit of tuning.
