Default questions on boosting a b16

I have a b16a2 in my car currently. it runs good but ive had it for about 3 years and ran it hard in 5 different cars. there is nothing wrong with it but I built another b16 for all motor and its almost finished.

well I wanna pull the b16a2 apart and rebuild it and boost it.

parts I currently have for a turbo set up include

garret t4 ball bearing turbo.
blox log style manifold.
blitz blow off
turbonetics mark 2 waste gate
some fmu cant remember what brand, think turbonetics.
RC 550 injectors and high flow fuel rail. blox fpr and guage
blox manifold and 68mm throttle body.

I have a set of duel valve springs I wanna put in the head just for extra peace of mind.
I dont know what cams to run, I have blox stage 2's, gsr's, ITR's and b16's to choose from.

my intercooler is some big *** universal intercooler not sure what kind but eh.

my goal was for 300 HP. I dont know what it takes to hit that goal. this is my first turbo set up obviously. my thoughts were 10 psi because 10 psi is a good round number.

I do plan on running all arp hardware.

question time lol

my oil pan, summit sells the moroso oil pan with oil line outlets already there. would this be an ideal pan?

should I look into replacing rods and pistons while im there? if so what? scat or eagle rods. and for pistons I was guessing p30's.

from experience what am I looking at with this set up? im on a 98 ITR trans. it will be tuned with 91 pump gas as it is my DD.

oh yea I have s300 too. car is a 95 dx hatch.

are there any problems im going to run into or things I should watch for?

I want this thing to run for a while and be reliable. it has to live long enough for the next motor to be built. goin H2B next for ***** and giggles
