Default Question on tuning...price

Unsure on what to look for in tuning price. Not wanting to get ripped off when I get my car set up the way I want it and take it to be tuned. What should I be looking at for a good tune on my turbo LS? (when completed) And also, anyone know any good tuners in seattle? I'm piecing together everything over the winter and this summer i'll be assembling/tuning. Much apprecieated for the help

I'm thinkin hondata s200 with dyno tuning. Not going for raw power here, only wantin to push like 7psi or so, wanting reliability over anything.

i charge $600 for a local tune including dyno time, $550 if i have to travel which does not include dyno time.. dosnt really matter what system, it takes the same ammount of work either way

I saw one site somewhere, forgot who it was that did the tuning but it was for Hondas, but I believe it read $100/hr + dyno time which is.... $65?/hr. How many hours does it take roughly?
