Default question on compression ratio?

Dear guys i lowered my itr 's compression from 11.1 too 9.1 would i have to tune the distributors timing again, or it won t affect it at all by just changing the compression ratio? i am asking this question because in this day i had some problems . i had some leakage from a cam seal and took the cams out and replace it , but now i have these other problem, the car was very powerful before i took the cams out as soon as i rebuild my cams back and everything on the car seems very retard it up as it is without power and at 4000-5000 rpm the car will like lose all it s power. The only thing that i did is i advanced in full from the distributor and the car nearly back to normal again. As i have checked again the cam and crank timing which seem d to be good too. Any help guys?

If you set your cam and ignition timing exactly as it was then you should have the same power. I would double check the settings.

Set it back to stock, and if it was never touched dont worry about it until you have to tune again.
