I haven't run mine just yet, but I haven't read about any problems with them yet. What exactly is it doing or not doing...and what setup? If it doesn't seem to be running, you may just have the ports set wrong. Anyways, PM me if it turns out to be bad. I have a used solinoid that should be good that I'd sell cheap. It came off a running DSM that got repo'd.
