hey guys i just got the quaife lsd install and was wondering what kind of transmision oil to put in it. can i just put regular 10w30 in it? or something else. i keep hearing people say different things. so any inputs would help. thanks.

 

We have had great luck with syncromesh in our trannies

 

and i can get that from auto zone?

 

I use just standard Honda trans fluid.

 

Honda mtf or GM syncromesh here.There are only gears and no friction plates in a Quaife.

cool thaks guys probally gonna use the honda trans fluid. but can i also buy the gm syncromesh from auto zone?

 

how hard is it to call autozone

 

The real stuff is only available at a dealership,but I have heard of people using the Penzoil stuff at Autozone.
