Which quaife do I need?

Default Which quaife do I need?
I have d16y7 but am swapping trannies to a y8 tranny for the shorter gears. I am going to pick up a quaife to install along with my tranny but do I need the one for the y7 or the y8? There is one for 88-99 ex/si and one for 88-99 non ex/si. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I am pretty sure that I need the ex(y8) one, but I would hate to **** up a $785 purchase
