QTP e cutout?...
have anyone have any experience or tried one the QTP e cutout before?...just need to know if they perform as good as the dmh e cutouts such as the opening and closing of it and if they open all the way...ive heard some e cutouts doesn't open all the way like they suppose to...

a friend has one on his 240. it worked till he hit something on the road then it broke... but that's not really the qtp's fault.
personally, i run a dmh and i love it, never had a probelm yet, and it fully opens and closes! quickly too.
when i was researching cutouts, i read that the qtp break more often... idk.

I use one and give it more attention than anything else on the car. It leaks, so the fix is high temp RTV to help it seal. It sticks sometimes because of the RTV and as of late, I have to tap the motor while activating the switch to make it work, I believe it's toast, but having one is fun when it's working.

Is this true? If so, what is the method? Thanks</TD></TR></TABLE>the DMH one says to run the car with it closed on first start-up. and then drive it a little to seal it then your set.
