Default Q's on JRSC SOHC

I am debating throwing a lot of money into my car or just leaving it as is and working on other aspects of it. Here's my question:

How fast on street tires (Dunlop SP9000's) do you think a JRSC'd SOHC VTEC (D16Z6) @ 8 PSI with a properly tuned Hondata 2B can go??
(Assume intake/header/exhaust/high flow cat)

I really want to see 13's, but I'm guessing that won't happen with this set up. What do you think? Because its either this, turn around and go turbo, or leave it all alone.

Not to dissapoint you, but my friend had a JRSC on his SOHC EX civic and it was really REALLY WEAK.

I honestly think you should go hybrid. But it is your car.

Yeah, I hear ya. When I first got it, it was exactly what I wanted and I was so happy with the new power. It really does make a huge difference and the fac that I can hit the gas ANYTIME and actually have some torque is great. But I'm at that point where I'm used to it and I want more. I'd like to stick with the SOHC motor because I know how it's been driven (I bought it with super low miles) and I like being difference and trying to work with the SOHC.

Am am really interested in the Apex turbo kit for my car. It actully exceeded Apex's advertised HP output in Speedoptions dyno run. Thats just the kit itself, no cam gears, standalone system, etc. That is an extreme rarity in the import car performance segment. Manufacturers are ALWAYS over-claiming what their product can do. Thats refreshing. Also, I'm sure the fit-finish and quality of components are top rate. I like the HP numbers of the Drag kits, but I've always been under the impression that the kit is rough around the edges. It seems people always have trouble making peices fit. Also it seems that the exhaust minifold that Drag provides is very prone to cracking. Thats not cool.

I don't know what to do

Try to do something original and work with this SC set up.
Go for the Apex kit

Personally, I would go with that Apex turbo. I used to on a D16Z6 with a JRSC running 6lbs of boost and I could beat a new Si and a GSR. If I had to do over I would have gone with a turbo instead if I had kept that motor.
