This may be a bit off-topic, if so, I apologize. But how do you mount a pusher fan. I've read the threads about them and there seems to be plastic mounts pushed through the radiator to hold them in place. How is this so? Won't it cause a leak?
I bought a pusher fan through Jegs and mounted that to my PWR. The little zip ties go through the fins fine and should never cause a leak. I did a write up, dont know if it'll help . . .

I'm running an Autozone special Imperial Pusher fan on mine.

no dump... haven't boosted it enough (like 4 psi is as high as shes seen when she was working) to even open the WG yet... and now i got all these fuel pump problems and melted fans
and yes, its a 1/2 92-95 rad... which fits like **** in the sol i might add.
feet don't line up. i need to cut some of my headlight metal area assembly to fit it to spec... but thats the last of my worries right now
of course, it broke off my rad... damn bolts sheared right off. so my rad is toast too, at least as far as mounting another fan goes on the back side...
nice meltage:

how did you guys mount the fan to the front side?

Fan shroud is for when the fan blades are far away from the radiator. When the fan is mounted to the radiator, there is nothing to shroud.
BTW, a stock civic fan will bolt right to the back of a PWR. I guess you could say that has a little shroud around it. I've never seen a shroud with an aftermarket fan, however.
