Default putting b18b pistons in a b17a

what would this give me for comp. i broke the ring lands on my pistons and i have a set of b18b piston here that are almost new. thanks for any help.

thanks it should be more streetable with 10lbs of boost and still make good power.

Ever stop and think, if you blew B17A ringlands why can't you blow equally weak B18B ringlands?

Ever stop and think, if he broke ring lands at 10 psi, he has a tuning problem. So your right prolly blow the b18b pistons too AND any other after market pistons you put it. The problem is the tune not the pistons. No super duper pistons is gonna fix a lean condition. They burn and blow just the same.

I'd say a better route than aftermarket pistons, is throw the b18b ones in and have it dyno tuned

ya you are right i did stop and think i didnt have it dyno the first time . this time its gettin tuned as soon as its broke in.
