Default pseudosilvia = shady

Well before I start the story, let me start by saying this is not just $15, but the lack of an ecu.

I ordered a chipping kit from him about a month ago. It was the 9th of June to be exact. I sent out the $15 the very next day priorety mail, garunteed 2 days to texas. So that would give him the money the 13th of june at the latest. give him 3 days to gather his stuff together and cash the money order. And another day to send it out. that brings us to the 17th of june, and appx 3 days to arrive here in phx is now the 20th of june.

Being extremely generous with that timing he is still 11 days late. This is not just $15 for a chipping kit that im pissed about, im pissed about the fact i cannot tune my car without the hondata chip because that needs the chipping kit. I need kit like an addict does drugs. It's killing me

tegasaurus (1:36 PM 6/9/2003): cool... what will the total be for the chipping kit and blank eeprom?

PseudoSilvia (11:17 PM 6/9/2003): Um, let's call it $15. That should be a couple bucks less than I used to sell them on the site for.

I pm'd him the other night asking if he had even sent it out and no response.

ha someone talked to him recently? maybe he's on a self employed business trip or something

Ryan, I know Chris personally. He is self employed and I am sure that something unexpectant must have happened. He has been outstanding as far as selling.

I'll see if I can get a hold of him and let him know what's going on

I think something's come up recently. I know a certain someone who is waiting on an overdue package from him right now.

Chris/Pseudosilvia has an otherwise untarnished reputation, several HT members know him IRL, and **** flat out happens to good people. I know it sucks having to wait, but give it a bit more time. Speculation on this board has a bad way of turning nasty prematurely. I'd say the guy deserves a chance, and not the speculation and doubt this thread casts on him.

I'm not trying to jump on anyone... I know how car stuff is like crack rocks, only better. I'm just trying to provide perspective.

oh i know he's got an amazing reputation on here, as well as quite a few personal friends on here that know him like the back of their hands (and show nothing but good stuff about him).

I'm 100% with you guys on that, but i was just wondering what's going on with him? Don't you think he would've PM'd me or something? my car is just in shambles and is awaiting these few simple parts to be finished... or atleast driveable.

thanks,
ryan
