Default Pros and cons to using a ls water pump on a B18c

Ok so heres the deal. I just recieved my greddy timing belt and it turns out it is for a ls motor. I know i can still use it however i would have to run a ls water pump. My question is i am looking at putting down 5-600whp will the ls water pump be efficient enough to run this belt. Or should i buy a new one?

Thanks Joel

actually using the LS pump would spin faster........which is a ok idea for low rpm use......but once the rpm reaches a certain point (7500rpm+) the pump spins to fast and the pump becomes inefficient.
