You going to have it running this summer???

 

The car is an automatic trans, so the trans mount is different. The previous owner converted the car, and instead of rewelding it, they came up with this adapter bracket. I'm sure we could make it better, but it gets the job done.

 

That is the plan Goal is 11's on radials.

Good job on your setup. I was beginning to think that I was the last one around to still be working on this thing. I have mine on the road....but no boost yet. Motor is broken in with 1027 miles on it.

That car used to be a auto!
That's a cool little adapter you made to use the factory mount on the frame rail.....I usually just cut off the frame rail mount and weld on a 5spd one....but that looks pretty easy to make.

I had the block bead blasted. Makes it look new. I never look like whta people imagine, partly b/c I still look 20 years old heh

Goals?
400hp on pump gas
12.50 e/t or better on pump gas and radials
500+ hp on race gas
10's on slicks
Main goal: 11's on drag radials. That's a tough goal.
